We go beyond being moderators for a focus group, we are bicultural facilitators. We facilitate creative processes to develop consumer insights from the “get go” by handling every step, from assembling to conducting a Latino focus group. We believe that one of the critical parts for a focus group’s effectiveness is its foundation as it will be representative of a Latino culture or a mix of Latin American cultures. This is a process we call “Cultural Pillars.”

Cultural Pillars allow us to recognize the cultural differences of Latino participants, enabling us to understand their responses through their own cultural lens.

We eliminate biases by having a bicultural facilitator that understands their language, culture and most importantly, how they organize their knowledge of a brand, regardless of their place of origin. In addition, our bicultural facilitators can identify the stage in the acculturation process in which respondents belong to once in the U.S. We truly facilitate a bicultural interaction to develop actionable and meaningful insights.
